1. Services
Khyran Studio ("we," "us," "our") provides custom website design, development, and related digital services to small businesses and individuals ("Client," "you"). The specific scope of work, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in writing (email or signed agreement) before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the final site is handed over or goes live.
- Payments are processed via Stripe (credit/debit card).
- Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may result in work being paused.
- Prices listed are in USD.
3. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as stated at time of purchase. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $100 per round.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Feedback received after this window will be treated as a new project scope.
4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date all required content (text, images, branding assets) is received from the Client. Delays in providing content will extend the timeline accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by the Client.
5. Content & Assets
You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the right to use all content (text, photos, logos, videos) you provide to us. By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. We are not responsible for any claims arising from content you provide.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered website and all custom code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party tools, fonts, stock images, or plugins used in your site remain subject to their respective licenses — these rights are not transferred to you by us.
7. Refund Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel after work starts, you forfeit the deposit. If we are unable to complete the project for reasons on our end, we will refund any amounts paid beyond the work completed.
No refunds are issued for completed and delivered projects.
8. Hosting & Maintenance
We do not provide ongoing hosting unless a monthly retainer is purchased. We will assist with setup and provide guidance, but you are responsible for maintaining your own hosting account and domain after handoff.
9. Limitation of Liability
Khyran Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or delivered website, including lost revenue, data loss, or downtime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the project.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
